The working agreement between you and Rasa Forge when you engage our services — written plainly and without unnecessary complication.

These Terms apply to all services provided by Rasa Forge (UEN: TBC), a business registered in Singapore. By submitting an enquiry, confirming a booking, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you have questions before proceeding, please contact us at info@{{DOMAIN}}.
Rasa Forge offers three service tiers. The scope, deliverables, and pricing for each are as follows:
Measure-Up Session
S$185Scope: One working session plus a written summary delivered within five business days.
Includes: An opportunity map, a candid effort estimate, and a set of suggested next steps. No further obligation is created by this service.
Payment: Full payment is due before the session is scheduled.
Made-to-Fit Integration
From S$320Scope: Approximately three weeks of setup, configuration, testing, and handover.
Includes: Configuration of agreed tools, a written system diagram, a staff walkthrough session, and fourteen calendar days of attentive support after handover.
Payment: A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The balance is due on the day of handover.
Pricing note: Final pricing is confirmed in writing before the deposit is requested. The stated figure reflects the minimum; larger or more complex scopes are priced accordingly.
Well-Kept Retainer
S$540 / monthScope: An ongoing monthly engagement, reviewed and renewed quarterly.
Includes: Routine upkeep of configured tools, sensible tuning as your needs shift, weekday support (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 SGT), and a clear quarterly review meeting.
Payment: Monthly, in advance. Payment is due on the first business day of each calendar month.
Cancellation: Either party may end the retainer with 30 days' written notice. No partial-month refunds are issued.
A service engagement begins only when both parties have confirmed the scope and payment terms in writing — typically by email. No verbal agreement or website enquiry alone constitutes a binding commitment on either side. We will not begin work until written confirmation and any required deposit have been received.
All fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) where required by law. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or such other methods as we confirm in writing. Invoices not settled within 14 days of the due date may attract a late payment charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
Prices listed on our website are indicative. The confirmed fee for your engagement will be stated in writing before any commitment is made.

For our work together to proceed smoothly, we ask that you:
On full payment, you own the specific outputs we create for your business (configuration files, written summaries, system diagrams). Rasa Forge retains ownership of our general methodologies, templates, and working processes. We may reference the nature of work completed (without identifying your business) in materials describing our services, unless you ask us not to.
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential business information private and not to share it with third parties without written consent. This obligation continues for two years after the engagement ends. It does not apply to information that is already publicly known or that we are required to disclose by law.
Rasa Forge will carry out its work with reasonable skill and care. However, we cannot be responsible for outcomes that depend on factors outside our control — including the performance of third-party AI platforms, changes made to your systems by others, or business decisions you make based on our recommendations.
Our total liability to you under or in connection with any engagement will not exceed the fees paid for that engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect loss, loss of profit, or consequential loss to the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be resolved through good-faith discussion first. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time your engagement begins is the one that applies to that engagement. We will notify active retainer clients of material changes at least 30 days in advance.
