Do I need technical knowledge to work with you?
No. We explain everything in plain language and handle all the technical configuration ourselves. Your job is to tell us how your work actually runs — we take it from there.
How long does the Measure-Up Session take?
The session itself is about two to three hours. You'll receive a written summary within two working days. The whole commitment is roughly one half-day of your time.
What kinds of businesses have you worked with?
Small trades, specialist services, makers, consultancies, and retail teams across Singapore. Most have between five and thirty staff and are run by an owner who wears many hats.
What happens if AI tools genuinely aren't a good fit for us?
We say so, clearly and in writing. The Measure-Up exists precisely to give you an honest picture before any further investment. You keep the written summary regardless.
How is the Made-to-Fit Integration different from buying a software subscription?
Software subscriptions give you a generic tool. We configure assistants around your specific routines, write documentation, walk your team through usage, and stay close for a fortnight to catch any rough edges.
Can I start with the Measure-Up and decide later?
Yes. The Measure-Up carries no obligation. You'll have a written summary of realistic options and can take as long as you need before deciding whether to proceed with anything.
What does the quarterly review in the Retainer cover?
We look at how the tools have performed, note any shifts in your business needs, and adjust configuration where it makes sense. The review is a plain conversation, not a formal presentation.
How is pricing structured — are there hidden fees?
Pricing is fixed per service tier. The Measure-Up is S$185, the Integration starts from S$320, and the Retainer is S$540 per month. Any additional scope is discussed openly before work begins.
